Hey, ive been wanted to be a OMM, since MANY people are getting scammed all day, ive got 45+ vouches, i think its enough for me..

You have to meet the requirements, fill out an application. You don't just ask to be an OMM with 45 vouches. Most OMMs have over 200 vouches.
I suggest you read the stickies and previous OMM applications.
