Selling a mod account?

I'm not asking for a price.
I'm simply about information on how to sell one.

I bought one off of a guy that I know. It has recoveries and I'm afraid that if I try to cancel them Jagex will think that the account is being hijacked and de-mod it.
Do I sell it with recoveries? I'm confused.

You're going to have to have it verified, trade with an OMM and I don't suggest you post pics as the last person who did got demoted in game.

it's gonna get demoted in game if it changes connection location in a short period of time.

Moderator accounts are watched extremely close, a friend of mine lost his moderator because he let his friend who lived a state over do jad for him.

Not really they can state to Jagex that they moved house. Or if its a different country they can say they are a student on a 2 year visa.

 

it's not the fact that it moved.
it's the fact that it moved multiple miles in a few minutes time, which is impossible.

like if someone where to verify the account, or he were to be on the account in the UK then sell it to someone in AUS and they logged on it.
FaGex would see that it's traveled from the UK to AUS in a matter of like 20mins and would immediately demote it.

I'm just saying you'd have to be super careful to make sure it won't get demoted.
And if you're going to sell it, I'd put a disclaimer that says you're not responsible for it being demoted.

 

That's true and good idea. Was there a guy who recently got demoted for trying to sell on sythe?

I'd ave finn do it.

He's got an OMM service, and he'd be the best choice for that.

I don't exactly know to be honest.
It really all depends what the buyer is willing to pay.

I've heard of people trying to sell mod accounts for anywhere from $200 USD to $2000 USD

In my opinion a moderator account would be cool but I wouldn't pay anything extra for the crown due to the large risk of it going away at any moment, and due to the extra attention the account would draw.

 

I don't think Finn does anything related with this website anymore as he has resigned and isn't coming back. though there are some very trusted OMM available.

 

Simple way to have someone verify, get it done by having the person verify via TV to avoid IP conflict.

OT: OMM usually have a flatrate cost for you trade but I do suggest you use one if you are selling account that is worth a great amount of money.

you better keep it if you want not to lose moderator becouse they will dennie it

 

Fagex, will find out and will remove moderator, i would keep the account, or try selling the account in your area?
