High Alchemy

What's a decent item to high alchemy in f2p?
Please list items with approximate loss per item!

Look at Rune items. They are generally good.
I had a website that calculates the loss per alch of most alched items but I lost it. Try to Google it.

Is such a better website than alchprices, what you should do is buy in quantities of around 500, then switch items. It requires you to do some buy hand (reduces risk of ban) and if you only do items that cause you to gain +1 or +2 GP, you end up getting 99 magic for free!

 

I plan to do it by hand, so no bans =)
