    Fastest way to a six pack

    Hey guess I'm wondering what the fastest way to get a six pack it.

    I have 2 visible abs, but you can feel 4. I need to cut them up by losing some stomach fat.

    Mainly i need to know how to lose body fat, im around 15-17% body fat. I've read that guys need 7-9% body fat for a six pack.

    Please suggest some foods that will fill me up but are low in fat.

    You can also suggest workouts too, always looking to change it up a bit.

    You don't need only 7-9% body fat. I have 16 with a six-pack.

    I'd just do as many sit ups/curl ups a day as you can. (usually when you wake up)
    Just stay active.

    Do you have a high metabolism?
    If not, try to stay up eating too many chips, and others.

    B- I do manuy sit ups a day, i can feel it working so that is good.


    U- Uhm, I used to eat a lot but i never really gained weight. Is there a way i can find out?

    I'm not 100% sure of a website, but you can figure it out if you go to the doctors. Also, I'm glad you can feel it working. If you have a high metabolism it won't really matter what you eat.

    Personal experience: sit ups, the plank, skip rope and jog up and down the stairs daily.

    There is no such thing as stomach-fat percentage nor is there any way to "spot reduce" fat. There aren't any secret methods to get abs; you'll have to do it the good old fashioned way and consume a healthy diet and exercise regularly to reduce your body-fat percentage. Sits ups, planks and other various core exercises help to build your abdominal muscles, but it ultimately comes down to decreasing your body-fat percentage to around 9-12%.

    Just run or swim a lot. Sit-ups don't do anything if fats there.

    Well he wants a six pack, not just reducing fat. So sit-ups would enlarge his abs muscle. Running and swimming would reduce the fat. A combination of both is perfect.

    I have a 6 pack, I also have a really fast metabolism. I do 200 situps a day and 20 pushups. Just start running to cut fat.

    This is the best answer you will get on this thread. I would suggest doing a bit of research into healthy eating styles, specifically zone diet or paleo trends of eating.
