What is the punishment for being caught for account sharing?

Only post if you know.

Is it 1 blackmark? 5? Perm ban?

I made a thread similar to this one a while ago.

I think the conclusion was that it isn't a ban, and that Jagex don't even bother to check up on whether you're sharing or not unless you mention it ingame and get reported.

 

Ive seen a lot of maxed accounts in the market have an offense for trading/sharing but all were green in ban offenses.

 

Perm banned... happened to my level 111, and my level 104.

I've been sharing a single account almost 4 years and still going strong.

If you don't want to get caught, keep it on the low and don't give any indications in-game. Jagex do not check.

Perm banned, all people who says black marks are complete morons... It almost always were perm bann.

 

Account sharing is almost the same as RWT. So perm ban.

 

you wont get caught if your smart about it and dont say anything about it in game but im pretty sure its just a black mark
