    Scammer's profile link: RuneHall
    Amount scammed: 41,94$
Discord ID + Unique Discord ID: N/A
Proof that it's their Discord: N/A
    Explanation of the trade:
    How they scammed:
I am writing to address a concerning discrepancy in the recent withdrawal transaction I executed on RuneHall, a sum of $2000 in BTC, as advertised with an associated withdrawal fee of $0.0498, as prominently stated in your service communication.

Upon completing the withdrawal process, I observed a significant deviation from the expected fee. Contrary to the stated fee of $0.0498, the transaction incurred a fee of $41.99, resulting in a shortfall of $42 in the received amount, as evidenced by the attached Exhibit A and Exhibit B.

This substantial disparity between the advertised fee and the actual fee imposed has raised considerable concern and dissatisfaction on my part. Had I been informed of the accurate fee structure beforehand, I would have reevaluated my decision to proceed with the withdrawal.

As a customer, I believe in the importance of transparent and accurate information provided by service providers. The discrepancy between the communicated fee and the actual transactional cost, a difference of over 1000 times, is unacceptable and misleading.

For your review and further investigation, I have included additional trade screenshots for your reference [Exhibit A, Exhibit B]

I kindly request a prompt resolution to rectify this discrepancy and a clarification regarding the fee structure associated with withdrawals on RuneHall. I would greatly appreciate your immediate attention to this matter and a timely response outlining the steps taken to address this issue.

    Exhibit D:

    Hello,

It’s us who pay the network fees not him.

    He withdrew
0.05474257 and that’s what he got. Whatever fees we deduct is what we deducted from his balance and nothing more.

In fact we deducted less fees compared to what we paid to the network. If anything he owes us money.

Our fees are always lower than the network fees and we always topup the balance when cashing out users.

I've doubled check this on blockchain and what @RuneHall is saying is correct,

as you can see your account received 0.05474257 BTC which at the time was between 1970-2070 usd, so I am going to close this report.
