Looking for some help

I got a idea for a social networking site, ill pay for everything including hosting and domain for you to build it, also I will include a written contract for 25% of the shares to the website if it is ever sold, plus I will pay you up to $1500 dollars. I need someone who knows how to program/modify script/plugins that are already pre-installed to give it a unique edge,
I have over 20000 dollars to invest in this website for marketing to my targeted audience and other things

Anything I can do, I will do for the website, plans include billboards and ad marketing, ive applied for loans but I need to have something to show them before im allowed, the investor interviewing me told me he think this idea will work(He has over 15 years working for the company)

I dont know how this would work, sorry but facebook has taken over, myspace isnt exactly amazingly popular so i dont think this will be good either sorry.

You're idea would have to be amazing if you are serious about competing in the Social Networking area. Not sure what you have, but I'd encourage you to do a shit load of research before investing into that market.
