If anyone seriously needs help with Weight loss

I am here to help.

I lost around 45 pounds in 4 months, it was hard work but it could be done.

 

I'm sure it would help others if you told us what you did.

 

Everyone person has a different body, it's different for everyone. I am actually looking into become a nutritionist to help people. I know how it felt to be overweight, and it sucks man.

 

Does this involve a diet devoid of processed sugars, and eradication of a fungus called "candida", responsible for about 95% of all diseases and sicknesses to date?

If not, I'd like to hear about it, even if it won't benefit me.

 

Yeh tell us what you did. Im not overweight but i need to diet as i cant stop eating sugary foods :s.

 

good for you for losing weight!, i'm sure other people would benefit from you sharing what it was that you did to lose weight

 

I lost weight by forcing myself to go into a manual labor job. So I got a warehouse job with 10+ hour shifts. I still ate unhealthy but lost 30+ pounds.

 

being overweight really isn't bad. Just gotta not care about what other's think

How did you lose the weight though?
I know there's a few different ways to lose mad weight in a relatively short time, none of which I care enough to embark on.
examples: eating half a cup of something every 2 hours while being active (metabolic fix)
eating only raw food (not recommended for meats)
doing toning exercises (high rep/low weight)
Smoking crack (last resort) <-- joke but it works.

Just for the record, BMI is nothing.. the most healthy people I've known (like hugely built Athletes) have been classed as obese by BMI.
