Price Check - 99 Str maxed rune pures

I'm currently in the process of making 3X accounts with these stats:

40 Attack
99 Strength
1 Defense
70-80 HP

Gold4RS buys them for ~$45 each.
These accounts have no gold, however I could get about 10M on them each, I don't know if that would raise the price tag a lot.

Could I please have your opinions on this as to whether I put cash on them, and to sell them on here or Gold4RS.

wronge section man. i brought mine for $55. here with no money

 

around $50-$60 and the gold would add like $1.50 per mil to the value
but there is a thread for this in each of the account selling sections
