I recommend staying 31 or 13 prayer (if you are going to stay 1 defence). Since you are rushing the protection prayers aren't needed, so 43 would mean an extra combat level that you don't need.

 

Yeah, but 43 prayer may be needed so I don't die if someone decides to d claw me

I' dont know what you mean at 60 cmb? With my stat's(60 attack, 80+ strength, __ Mage for barrage, and 43 prayer I'm gonna be like in the 70's-80's)
