weasel2013(cody) is a scammer

Before i show you the picture let me sum things up for you, I ordered 1-80 str 1-40 attack. It took a few hrs to get the deal settled because of him and his partner (karl). He told me that it'd be done in 2 weeks. 3 weeks later i ask him why was he taking so long, ( he was at 40 attack 65 str ). He said because of IRL issues, i said ok that's fine. About a week later he wouldn't respond to me on MSN and i logged on my account to find that i was 66 str 40 attack, job WAS NOT COMPLETED.

Just to verify, I am not his 'Partner', Weasel's services we're paid into my paypal for a limited time, and he deemed me as his 'associate' he now has his own paypal.

 

How is this not enough proof? Pic of him veryifying hes doing my job then all these pics showing how he didn't complete it...? what more do u want i have everything saved
