Buying an account- preferably a summoning pure

Buying an account- preferably under $20 USD.
I know that I will not get a 138 lvl with perfect stats.
I just want an account that graahk nats on (although that's not a requirement).
If there is a Summoning pure out there, I am willing to pay a pay premium. Just post or pm me to discuss the detail.

We will be using a MM or OMM and recovery test will be done.
