I think it is also possible to have had less than 10 HP in RSC, after you got offenses it went down a level or something like that.

 

These are the real stat wiped accounts. When you were caught for botting in RSC, all your accounts' skills were rolled back to 1. His HP level is 5 due to him, or the original owner since it's probably recovered, training it. People commonly refer to those with 9HP as 'stat wiped', when that's the HP level you started with in RSC.

 

I believe I saw some one selling one of these accounts with 5 hp in the market section and he said his hp was reset rather then stat swiped from classic.

From botting. JaGeX is being really strange and reseting levels that you bot, or something like the cheatclient is FSU...

 

RSC accounts didnt have their hp reset to 1.

 

Jagex won't reset your skills today though. They did that a while back.

 

Have you not seen the 50 threads about this? Stat resets have been happening. Ive heard its either a bug or Jagex resetting because of botting. Haven't seen any definitive proof for either case.

 

It's not because RSC, unless he got stat wiped and trained to 5 hp.
JaGex has been on a reset streak, due to it's now an alternative for macroing instead of laying down a ban.

You didn't start with 9 HP in RSC. They changed the way the exp table was setup when RS2 was released. The accounts that were made before RS2 came out thus had a lower amount of HP exp than accounts made after it came out, resulting in a bunch of 9 HP accounts from the lack of EXP. You won't find any 9 HP accounts in RSC.

To those thinking it was a RSC, I doubt it, as RSC accounts only went as low as 9hp. The logical explanation is he botted soul wars and get his hits reset. Rather odd that it got reset to 5, though.
