what kind of pure should i make

i just created a new account and wanted to make a pure/tank.
what kind?

 

Well for pures you have many many options, What are you interested in?

F2P 1 Def- 40 attack, 60-99 Str, 40-70+Range 25-59+ Magic
-Rune Scim/2h/B-axe, Mage top, Mage hat, Str/Power amulet, D-Hide Chaps/Vamps

P2P 1 Def- 60 attack, 60-99 Str, 40-70+Range 25-59+ Magic
-DClaws/DDS/D Scim, D-hide Chaps/Vamps, Mage robes+Hat, Glory/Fury.

P2P Mauler- 1def, 50 Attack 60-99str 40-70+ Range, 25-59+ Magic
Gmail/Mage Shortbow, Dhide Chaps/Vamps, Glory/Fury, Leather top/Mage robe+Hat

F2p Rune Pure- 40-45+ attack, 60-99 Str, 40-70+Range 25-59+ Magic 40-45def
Rune Scim/2h/B-ax, Full rune, Rune berserker shield=Optional, Str/Power Amulet

P2P Void/Zerker- 60 attack, 60-99 Str, 40-70+Range 25-59+ Magic 42-45def

-Wears Barrows armor, can be pretty expensive getting started and if you lose your gear it would be pretty expensive to get back

if i were you id make a dragon scim pure with 99 str and 1 def and on the side get 99 wc or mining for money (wc is faster to 99)

wouldnt that be:
a maxed tank would be 1/1/99/99/99/92/1
atk/str/def/mage/range/pray/sum

 

start off with a 40att 75+str 1def then move into a 50att or 60att 90str acc

 

i already have a 60 atk 80 str 1 def. im looking for a different type of pure/tank

 

Eh Yea I'd Suppose that'd be maxed tank, but it would be a long time to get 99 def only using range =\ I'd get 70att 80str to get 99def, because if you get 70 att 80str it wont raise your CB level from 109 to 110 unless you get 70 attack 81str.

and thats if you had 70 att 80str 99def 99range 99mage 92pray 99 Constitution -CB 109

how hard (doing arma) would it be to get the cash for a divine/ely?

 

str pure. easiest kind

 

AGS pure with barrage are ownage

 

Well How much money do you have, Cause if you have a Decent Gold Stack it may be easier to Merch to a Divine/Ely

 

Tank > pure.
Tanks hardly die, all you need is 75 defence and 80+ range.

 

make a hybrid pure. its kickass.

 

Zerker or Barrows Pure

 

Make an f2p Gravite 2h pure. Takes about a week to get 63 dung for it, and they RAPE. I have one that's 45 attack 55 strength, and in 2 days, i've made 2m pking.

 

Tanks are welfare, all you need is torags helm and black dragonhide. It's the most economical since the loots are decent and it costs near to nothing to pk.

 

There are so many different types of pures you could create, if you wanted to be a pking pure .. I'd suggest starting of with somthing like an obby mauler or a 20 defence pure .. just with the general stats.
