Depends on your Summoning level and the method (slow or fast method).

 

10 forsure. makes it look more interesting

 

I would say level 10:

1. Seeing a main with a runecrafting cape is just well too common and people don't pay much attention.

2. Seeing a level 10 with a runecrafting cape is not common and will bring attention.

 

99 runecrafting on 10 cmb would be cool you would almost have money for party hat if you would be doing natures

 

As Upfired said above me, a level 10 with runecrafting cape is not common. I myself have never seen someone under level 43 with runecrafting cape.

Everyones reporting 3lvl accounts, so you won't be able to bot at all.

 

i have a different point of view,why do u wanna waste time lvling rc 99 for a skiller??since u play runescape,u r meant to lvl all stats to 99 , so why not just lv ur rc 99 for ur main~~well 1st no offence to other kind of view

 

I like to reach "impossible" goals, 99 Summoning, 15 combat (+ 99 Runecrafting) and I don't want to waste any time on my main anymore.

The lower level for sure, because any low level with high stats can be accounted for as some what impressive .. especially the runecrafting in this case. However, I don't see the attraction in having 57 summoning at level 10.

 

Level 10 for sure.

 

Level 10 with the 99 rcing and 57 usmmoning obviously.

Only problem would be recharging your pouches, as you need to go through the abyss.
