After about 500M, the prices seem to start to get fuzzy because (a) people don't have that much money, and (b) people don't want to risk that much money. However, seeing as you're you, the problems associated with "b" should be minimal.

The price of mills on an account is $1/m, and generally this value is regardless of how much money there is. Based on this, the first account is worth at least $1100 ($1000 for cash and about $100 for stats). The second account is worth at least $2100. However, this much GP is somewhat useless to people, so you may need to sell it as bulk at $.60 to $.80 per mil. I think, from what I've seen, anything over 300-500M is generally excessive, and the $1/m starts to degrade.

I'd say Classics's quote of $90 is more of an ideal. 99 Agility is very difficult (and this pretty esteemed) on a lv3, but it's worth only around $40. Adding $1/m and a little extra for the cape, and cash, I'd value it at $65. The name, depending on its rarity, can be from $0.01-$1000.

"Wreckless" might get $20 or a little more. 99 hunter itself is worth $20-$35. With cash, add $1 per million GP.

This looks like a starter range tank or maybe just a lackluster main. Either way, the stats add little value... perhaps $5-$10 to the right buyer. See above for the pricing of a rare name.
