Over the top?

I'm finding that 'hahanerd' is locking every thread that doesn't have a simple picture like missing picture of offenses. Couldn't she just simply ask the person before locking the threads...?

Most mods allow them to atleast adding the picture instead of going in with a direct lock.

But saying that, her pc is like..

I do it as a safety issue. If an administrator has a problem with me doing this, I'll stop.

If you don't follow rules or read stickies, it should be locked.

Or maybe people should read the stickies and it won't be locked. All they have to do is follow the rules.

 

If only one picture is missing, it'd probably be more efficient to just give them a probationary period to adhere with the stickies.

Missing one picture, especially an offenses page, isn't a safety issue really either.

 

That is what he's doing? They determine the length of that period, when they PM him the period ends.

In my opinion all pictures are equally important. No one rule has to be followed more than another.
