This person has been reported in the past by faking accounts and attempting to scam people.

His method is that he finds a legit account on RuneScape and then copies stats/certain exp traits on a private server and posts fake pictures.

^He could be right.
On his last account he wanted to sell, his stats shows 120 Dungeoneering but his last login was 153 days ago. I don't think it can be possible and I honestly doubt that he has two maxed accounts. Also, it says on his login page ziotic.com. Totally a scammer.
