Infraction for making a mistake!

I am making this feedback because one of the newly promoted Mod has infracted me and closed my business here on sythe which is account upgrading

He infracted me just because i made a mistake and that mistake was i had put the word "pin" in one of my replies to a user who bought upgrades from me.

I also sell runescape upgrades to some blackmarket but I use the word "pin" instead of "upgrades" and because of that I sometimes get confused with both the words as I use different to other website such as Powerbot and Rsbotting. I have put "Pin" not "upgrade" on my post in my thread which HamJamk closed without realising it. It's not like I posted "Selling pins" as my title!!! I am only just starting my business!!!

For you Hamjamk!!! You should give chance to people who are just starting their businesses!!! Just because you became a Market Mod doesn't mean your the boss mate!!! Why not let a user explain first before fucking doing things your way without looking at both sides!!!

You think its right F**ck*ng do it his own way and not letting a user explain?! Sorry for my bad language.

yes he is doing his job but its not proper! You guys should tell him to ask people first or let people explain first before deciding what to do.

For reversing the decision, I appreciate it.

I understand why you are upset, but that is no reason to "hate" someone.

Ham is a fantastic mod, and was just doing his job.

Hope you understand that he has no personal problem with you, but only you can change your mind.

I understand why you'd feel bitter, but he was not just targeting you, anyone else on the forums would get the same treatment, he has to do his job, there is no need for Personal resentment.

 

If you don't feel the moderator you have PM'd has given you a good reason to warrant the infraction, or you still feel it was unjust, in the future feel free to PM any other Staff member like Gohan or myself. Reversing an infraction is quick and easy, so if we agree with you or understand your reasoning then I'm sure we'd be happy to reverse it then and there. Please bear in mind, Hamjamk is just doing his job
