You guys like steak?

I just had a very nice ribeye with some mashed potatoes and asparagus with a glass of whisky.

How do you guys like your steaks? I have it rare.

 

Medium or Medium Rare. Depends on the cut.

 

Medium for me, a bit of garlic butter over it to give it a bit of fun and we're set.

Asparagus as well, load that on as much as you want, mashed potatoes are fine too but I would probably choose something different. I know when we go out to eat they typically do french fries or such which i'd rather mashed pot in that sort of situation.

 

Well done with mashed or roasted potatoes is fire for me.

 

Rare. Sides can vary, but usually I do either mashed potatoes or some rice and a vegetable.

 

Medium-rare/Medium depending on the cut.

Garlic is always good, so is black pepper.
Asparagus, mash, broccoli, etc

I'll chime in to a good steak post. Medium Rare Ribeye = Bliss

Personally I like mine as rare as can be. Steak tartar is definitely underrated.
If cooked, then medium rare and butter-basted with garlic and rosemary.
