Jagex hates me.

Ok I have a level 28 range pure with 43 range. Two days ago I did a 76k with one of my mule accounts at 50% ep and got a Mith plate body..

Yesterday I had 8/8 for targ but didn't get a target for over a half an hour. After 30min I got a level 36 summoning tank for a target... here's the stats..

level 28 range pure (me) 43 range 31hp Vs. level 36 summoning pure 56def, 30ish hp and 87 summoning.

The thing i don't get is that he could still attack me in level 1 wildy even though he was 8 levels higher!

Sorry if I sound retarded, but how do you obtain 87 sum when level 36??

 

It seems as though Jagex does hate you, they love me though.

 

Theres guide on how making those account. You first start with quest and get some peng pts then you start using your gold charms. After this step the pain begin.

$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$ = Burst lob with friends for charm in ls.

Or do some summoning familliar cast like making cheese , Fruit or anything.

lol wel it doesn't take that long to get a new target, but yes there simply aren't that many low level pk'ers in p2p bh

 

The level difference is probably due to the fact that he didn't have a familiar summoned while EPing? So his level would be X+Y (Where X + Y = 36).

When he fought you though, he summoned something, and so his level was just 36.

 

Targets can attack each other in any level wildy.
