Beware. 97% of 'sellers' who are doin' this kind of stuff, their gifts are carded ( I mean your game will be bought with stolen PayPal, Credit Card, stolen money, stolen $ from stolen steam acc's wallet, etc. ), and within usually 24/48 hrs your gift will be revoked.

Best way is the buy the game from UK or Russian Key ( I might get if you wish, $40, BUT... my PP is limited atm and can accept only Moneybookers ).

 

well someone can buy it for him for 59.99 on steam and gift it to him and make 5 bucks. not bad at all.

 

I have had this happen to me, most gifters buy the product with a stolen credit card as said by the person above you.

You happily play the game, until steam tells you that you need to pay in order to keep playing as the payment didn't go through.
