[Paypal] Buying Blue Partyhat for trade gp + USD

I am buying a Blue Partyhat for ingame cash + USD which will be paid via paypal.

I will go users who I consider 'highly trusted'. Anyone who claims to be 'highly trusted' will be deleted immediately. As for others, you will go first or we will use an OMM or trusted middleman who we can both agree on. I have done large trades involving large amounts of cash (check my vouches for proof).

I will be buying from the person who makes the best overall offer. This will be based on risk (going first or second), OMM fees and price of the partyhat. For example: Someone might say "$500 I will go first" for me that is no risk so I might value it better than someone who offers $470 and wants me to go first. An offer of blue partyhat for $440+OMM fees would be considered by me better than the $470 offer because I have less risk even though i might be paying a bit more overall.

In saying all that, I am open to all offers. I have msn + skype so please feel free to PM offers and details so we can negotiate. Feel free to post questions / offers here if you wish or via PM. I am in no rush to buy and I know prices so I will wait for the right offer that suits me. For people willing to go first I can also pay via money order, or direct deposit if they are what people prefer to receive.

Don't bother posting anything over $520 USD because I have seen a thread with that price.

A/W: $490 USD or $500 AUD (Might be willing to pay a little more to an Australian buyer accepting AUD because paypals high currency conversion fees would be avoided.)

Almost every Blue that was being sold was at 520. And that was when there was like 4 or 5 people selling them...

At this moment I'm the only one currently with a Blue on the forums who has a thread and is selling (checked a few pages back)

I have had better offers than $520 in PMs/MSN and I know of people selling for less than that who have not got topics.
