Runescape 3 is undoubtedly possible, on the other hand though JaGex encourages a fair opportunity of game-play to EVERYONE. For example, not every one of us has a $4,000-5,000 desktop which can easily be confused with a server! Which is why as they've mentioned in the past they're trying to be as intuitive and also fair with people in all ends of the computer gaming spectrum as they can. Which proves to be a very difficult and taxing job, if JaGex wanted to hype up their polygons and have incredible graphics they could, without a doubt but soo many players would be missing out on that experience as mentioned above so for now my answer is "yes" to R.S.3. is possible but "no" to it being a go.

 

Wouldn't suprise me at all, JaGeX does some pretty weird shit these days.

Have you played an MMO that came out in the last 2 years? WOW's graphics aren't too great.

 

I personally don't think they will be making a Runescape 3. However I could see them making RuneScape 3d in the future.

 

Agreed aaha, this is deffo the truth, unless they go back to before trades, then EVERYONE will come back.

 

What would be considered rs3? How big of a update or what would need to be changed to consider it as Rs3?
