    They Just Tick Me Off.

I'm a admin of a group of css servers, located in South Korea.
The internet in my country is what I like to call the "matrix of 12-year olds,"
People I ban or infract are constantly coming back with the most unreasonable arguments.

For example, I banned a senior member from the forum for spamming, and he comes back saying that that wasn't fair because he was never warned. Once again, note that he's a senior member.

Of course this might make sense in western internet-culture, but.. Once again, the "matrix of 12-year olds."
Now, what's scary is that he came arguing with a whole group of friends.
Just to make myself not look bad, I just apologized and reversed the ban.

And of course, there are always senior members breaking rules... players not admitting that what they did was wrong, based on their subjective views, and there are more armies from the matrix who bring just.. plain, unreasonable reasons why one user should have not been infracted.

100% of the time, I just want to be like Sythe.
    He's my role model, no-homo
He seems to only be keeping the place running, and leaving other admins and admins to take charge of all the shit that goes around this place, not caring about what other users and staff do wrong (correct me if I"m wrong)

    That attitude respect

I try to do the same, but whenever I see something I don't like...
I kinda go beserk and let my rage out, because that "something I don't like happens" all the time.
    Maybe a staff member ," or a player/user did something that "I don't like."

I want to relieve myself of all this stress, this responsibility

I tell myself that I will no longer give a shit, but ... like I said before, the "something I don't like"'s committed by members of the matrix.
I basically run the whole place, so I can't just "quit."

I don't know if I'm making any sense, does anybody understand my situation? What I am trying to say?

Yes. I think you should impose a 0-tolerance on rule breaking. Type up a set of rules that everyone must follow. I'm sure there is one already but if not, make one. If there is, revise it so that it suits your needs accordingly so that there will be no question as to whether or not something is against the rules. Then, just sit back one day and ban everyone who fucks with it, That way people know you're serious. Nothing shows how serious you are better than banning a few "senior" members.

My experience as a Mod is very good, as an Admin it isn't too good.
But I think you should always warn people first (does your forum have an infraction system?). Give them a warning first, either by infracting them or PMing them, tell them you will not tolerate it any further.

If they repeat the offence then ban them for several days.
If they repeat the offence again give them a permanent ban or what ever you deem necassary.

If they whine, they have no excuse, a warning and a temp ban is enough.
Simply ip them if they are aggressive or hear them out if they are polite.
