Requesting 5 digit. (I will give a VERY good price)

Used to go on here a while ago, got scammed 3 times. Went to go for the bulk business, yet again, scammed.

Requesting any GOOD STANDING 5 digit;

1. Doesn't need any games (Would prefer if it had CS 1.6 and Source on it but doesn't matter if not), but also doesn't matter if there's a few on there.
2. MUST not have any tournament proof.
3. I would prefer if it was a STEAM_0:0:, not STEAM_0:1:.
3. The seller MUST have vouches.
4. The seller should be able to prove it's his MSN/Sythe Account
5. The seller MUST post in this topic first saying they've added me.
6. The seller MUST be able to prove it is there Steam account (Meet in-game on CS preferably).
7. The seller MUST tell me if the account is verified or not.
8. I will always go first, no need to worry about that.
9. I expect the account INSTANTLY after I've sent payment.
10. I will follow any of your rules if you follow mine.

All in all, I'm very nice to do business with.
I am willing to spend a lot on this. (It all depends on what you offer though)

Even if you DO have a 2 digit or 3 digit, which I highly doubt.. why would you be so persistent on selling one of them to me (I only wanted a 5 digit anyway). If you truly had a 2 or 3 digit you'd have PLENTY of buyers & not have to be so persistent in selling it to someone who only wants a 5 digit with an e-mail after they blocked you:
