    Why do we hate? I've been thinking about this for a while and have attempted to do some research but simply can't come up with a specific answer.

    Why do we hate?
    I have a pathetic but I guess logical answer.

    SOMETIMES,when something happens we do not agree with or like,we become angry.

    Once we become angry and the problem isn't solved,the anger will manifest into hate.

    Why?Because we are humans.

    Animals cannot hate,hate is a trait humans picked up long long ago.I believe from the story of Kane and Able.

    And that is my explanation :)

    If it wasn't good enough sorry,I tried.

    That doesn't answer my question. You are trying to describe how we hate not why we hate.

    Why do we hate?
    Hate is something that occurs when you're in a state of a never-ending frustration. It helps with coping with the frustration of injustice, intolerance and the state of feeling powerless to help or to change what you disagree with.
