got proof the user was multi-accounting?

 

can you explain how your alt-checking system works or provide proof behind it. As this is an essential list of random names to me as it currently stands, you can do so in a hidden post Do not make edit history/private reports , also what is the purpose of withholding a bet if they have multiple accounts?

 

@RuneHall was the sports bet refunded before the sports matches were played or after/during?

 

@RuneHall can you provide a reason for why using multiple accounts is against the rules?

 

@RuneHall, from my understanding of the previous bet slips you provided, it states the time when the bets were placed. Do you have the exact time when the bets were canceled?

 

@RuneHall please don't make deleted posts unless the information that is contained is sensitive, example: how you caught ban evaders,

can you explain why these bets took longer to cancel than other ones? 2 of them took hour cancel other one 2 or 3 mins

 

@RuneHall & @Kubaslushh Are the odds displayed on the right (1.0) the odds at the time of the game?

 

Do you have proof of the odds before they were "voided"

I'm going to summarize this briefly:

Bet #1: Geosan Kolin vs NH Ostrava: This bet was refunded before the game even started, so it is void.

Bet #2 & Bet #3: Both of these bets were accepted at around 13:22 and refunded around 14:21 and both bets were during the game.

Bet #2: Ralpha Brasov vs Targu Jiu-2 (Win with main time): This bet resulted in a win.

Bet #3: Ralpha Brasov vs Targu Jiu-2 (Win with overtime): This bet resulted in a loss.

It would be quite unacceptable if they allowed bets to go through without the pending process, which seems to be the case here. It makes it appear as though the bettor is in a bet which they aren't, never mind the fact that it took a long time to cancel the bets. These bets seem to have been locked in, from what I can see, and canceled in an unacceptable amount of time. This leaves the value of what is owed as follows:

Bet #2: 299.4$ * 2.67x = $799.54 - the original bet since it has been refunded, which equals 799.54 - 299.4$ = 500.14.

Bet #3: Bet 3 is relevant since we will uphold a bet that was won. We also have to uphold the bet that was lost. This bet was refunded based on the screenshot above and resulted in a loss of 416.67$. (I am assuming this bet meant win in overtime).

This leaves the final amount owed at 83.47$. @RuneHall, please pay @Kubaslushh the balance that is owed.

if @RuneHall has a pending process which the user on the front-end user side (the bettor) is made aware the bet is pending and not accepted this would change the ruling, if this is the case, please provide proof of it.

However, you will be receiving a TWC for canceling the bet in an unacceptable time. I would strongly advise having a system in place that warns users when their bet isn't fully locked in.
