Pleease help!

Hey guys quick question, I was dragon running and got a clue scroll (hard) ive mangaed to dig up 2 clues from that and now after googling, it's taking me to a place called Lletya. Ive spent about an hour running around trying to get in but I cannot find a way in without having special requirments such as quests completed. Can any of you guys help me please

You need to do quests

 

Hard scrolls have a lot of quest-specific locations. This one, you need to do Regicide (or at least have started it).

Hey yea ive looked all through that. I just came accross http://runescape.wikia.com/wiki/Port_Tyras

Port Tyras is a port west of the Tyras Camp. Players can use the charter ships away before completing Regicide, but to arrive there by ship requires that you have chartered a ship coming from Port Tyras already OR if you have killed the Tyras Guard as part of the Regicide quest already. This is the fastest way to get to Tyras Camp other than walking through the dangerous elven forest. Some players may also find this helpful in getting to Lletya if they have lost their Elf teleport crystal and do not want to go through the Underground pass or Arandar gate.

 

Drop the clue and get a new one :/

Those elf quests are horribly long.

 

Yee I think I might have to, but this seems like a good 1! is there definitely no other possible way to get there?
