    I am using this armor to train and for minigames, Neitz helm with Torso and bandos tasset rune defender whip and dragon boots

    And why people wear slayer helm? Is it better?

    people use slayer helm when they do slayer tasks, cuz it give bonus. but if only using to train and minigames then use neitz

    slayer helm is good for ini pures or slaying thats about it.
