Locked ACC HELP!

I had someone get on my account for fun and having my email registered to it i thought I could just get it back nice and easy. Well I did get it back with my email, but Jagex Locked the Acc!! I submitted appeals but they have denied me 4 times! I'm a little upset and I just put in another appeal after waiting like 3 weeks after they last denied me. I have alot of info on there like my tranaction ID, cc number, and so on! Is there any other things I can say if they deny me again? Or maybe a better way of contacting them?

are you the FIRST owner? as in did you create the account? usually when an account gets locked only the ORIGINAL owner can unlock it. when jagex are unlocking accounts the most important info they look at is the creation details. IP address or ISP. month and year. previous passwords. Provide the earliest info you can and give it a shot. Jagex does clean peoples accounts if you ask them. meaning they delete all the info on the account except the first recoveries,first pass,first membership info. but that would just make it harder in your case.

your best bet is to get ahold of the first owner and try to get all previous info again. you buy the account here on sythe?

 

no i didnt, it was before I knew of sythe. Not sure If I can get ahold of the original owner but I will try. :/. Any type of excuses i could say in the comment box?

 

can we know the name of that account? or if start with 13th ?
mine is locked too and i broght it yesterday

Contact original owner, if you can. That would be your best bet, as he would hopefully be on the original IP and know all account information.

 

Seems like what hes saying is he gave / sold someone his account, or atleast gave someone the impression that he was letting them have the account, and now he's having trouble recovering it.
