My Name Is Hunter TWC Dispute

Hello sythe ranks, im hunter. A few weeks ago i was deemed with the "Trade With Caution" rank, this was wrongfully given to me. I sold my turmoil pure account for paypal as a gift, the other party then contacted their bank and charged back the payment, after it was deemed in his favor via the bank working with paypal i recovered my turmoil pure and then was called a scammer then without proof or even a word said i was deemed with this tag. Please realize that i am correct in what i say.
