$40-$50. The Mining values it up to $55+, but the Attack might make it hard to sell, since all it can be now is an AGS pure. If you're patient, you might be able to sell it at $55+.

Probably $80-$100. 1/99 is pretty nice.

The extra 99s and cash won't add much more value. They're not needed on an obby mauler. Perhaps $200-$230 if you got them. (The skills are worth more on a main/skiller than on this.) The best way to add more value is just to get Ranged up to 80 or so. As an obby mauler, more cash isn't necessary.

$15 probably. It's a low-level "main" (so sell it in Other Accounts), but the mining and cash add some value.

 

This is wrong. RSGP is $1/m, so that account is worth $30. The stats are insignificant at 10 combat.

$50-$60, but it's hard to get that much if you're not trusted unfortunately.

$300-$360 easy. 90 Herb alone is worth about $75, and it adds a lot of sellability to the account. As for other 99's... RC would obviously be the best. 99 RC on a skiller is pretty rare. The slower ones like Fishing, WC are also about $20-$30 each. The buyable 99s like construct, crafting (anything more than -5 GP/EXP) detract value because the 99 is worth less than the cash. The fast 99s like cooking, fletching add little value but are nice to advertise (3x99! looks better than 2x99! even if it's not worth much more).

 

Whats a fair price for a range tank with:

like 30k bank >.<, no other good stats aswell
