There's a tool that enables people to do that - and the unfortunate thing is it's very easy to operate. We've had a few problems within the staff on this before.

Thats a great idea. Ill go look around the options and do the show users by email thing now.

 

there is a program not sure if its what he used but there is one thats free to download that can change your picture name writting style to that off the person your talking too maybe he used that but there isnt anything that can be done about it

Probable a 'usay' script.
He can type what 'you' will say and the script changes his name to yours and back within a split-second.

Has been possible for a while now, not just this MSN.
