    The Amulet gives +5% to any prayer that is singlely used, such as Eagle eye.

    He's displaying the new Amulet which raises prayer boosts by 5%. Yes, it'll work with Turmoil. Nice KOs, that is seriously ton of damage :p

    No actually it wont work with any multiple-stat boosting prayers such as:
    Turmoil, Piety, Chivalry, Rigour, Augury
