how do people get 9hp accounts ive honestly never seen it before

 

Its from when RSC was changed into RS2. The change over created 9hp accounts. Then jagex changed all new accounts made into 10hp.

 

^^ So in short it's impossible to create one of these accounts or modify your account to have this level. Your best bet is attempt to purchase one on Sythe or another Runescape cheating community.

Reseting stats to all 1, only happend to a few people.

Jagex Reset Hp Lvl to :1000 xp = 9 Hp: when Botting.

 

Statwiped accounts were reverted to 9 HP (1000 exp). Also, you were able to choose a "class" in early (late 2001) RSC, and levels were adjusted according to the class. I'm not 100% sure if this produced some 9 HPers or not. I can't remember that far back, since I was 10... although I did play.

 

Mining I bielieve it was.

You could look on statwiped account list or first 2k accounts list as well and attempt to recover some of the accounts there.

True, however I believe that's immorally wrong. E.g. An old member comes back to Runescape (Somehow remembering his User and Password) and then not having his account.

 

This is also true.

In the end recovering an old account like that would probably take so many tries that it'd be easier to make some cash on Sythe and simply buy a 9 hp account.
