Being accused of scamming. What to do?

Sorry if this goes in the wrong forum.

So this guy "averydabeast" has been posting on my firecape thread about me scamming him, however the scam did not involve me actually doing the deed of scamming, he sent his details through a PM, I attempted to get him his firecape but as jagex where having issues with their servers I got disconnected on several occasions, so I gave up and decided to go to bed and try again the next day.

What you should also know is that I was on a LAN the same evening, so a few retards who where there figured it would be fun to go into my sythe account, steal details and drop the entire bank of averydabeast.

I know I cannot prove this story, but am I correct that its not my responsibility when someone sends their details through a PM?

I do feel sorry for the guy as he lost quite alot, and I wish there was anything I could do to get his wealth back, but unfortunately I can't.

So my question is, what the hell should I do? Am I going to get banned for this? I'm a legit guy and I've got several vouches to back me up on that, and pictures where I complete firecapes for 1 defence pures, zerkers, mains with over 50M wealth, etc etc.

Any advice, knowledge or support is much appreciated.
