Check Account Recovery section more often...

Over the past few months, I've noticed that the admins rarely check over the Account Recovery section. I have a friend who was recently hacked and submitted an appeal, and he is very eager to be unbanned. And it's not just him; I've heard of people that have waited weeks for their appeals to be looked over.

That's a little ridiculous. Furthermore, I see Pen and Finn dealing with bans and high pardons almost every day, so why not account recoveries? All i'm asking is that the admins spend a little more time in the account recovery section.

 

I believe Verts previously was the admin to take care of account recoveries but seeing that she has retired and there are only 2 admins not including Sythe, you need to give them a break. I am sure they are busy with real life stuff and on top of that have a lot to deal with here on sythe

 

There is 4 admins. Sythe, Matthew, Finn, Pen.

I think account recoveries need to be improved also.

 

Oh I have never seen Matthew post I only new about Sythe, Pen, and Finn
