Yes, but A challenge lobby is around 10-20$ and this acc is 5$ so its cheaper. And there aren't 10th prestiege with the lobby's, as far as I've been in, so that part is legit.

 

there are instant lvl 70 lobby's, but you have to pay every time you go in. Still this is much cheaper.
