Ok as far as the condition of this thing goes its pretty good, theres only 1 thing wrong with it. The Lock Button at the top is broke. Not broke as to you can not use it, but u will need a smaller object to go down and flip the switch Easyily fixable. Ex. If you go to school or work I use a Pencil at school to flip it on. This Zune hasnt been Linked to a Zune acc, which means there is no license agreement and you can Put Illegal music on there such as downloads from Limewire, Frostwire, etc... On zunes that you activate this is not possible. Another reason why this is a good buy! Comes with the Zune USB adapter!
