How many times do you shower a day?

They say that excessive showering will dry your skin.

I take two showers each day. Once before school and once again at 6 p.m. exactly.

How many showers do you take and what do you think is excessive showering?

i shower once every few days

 

Once a day, usually at 5:30 a.m.

 

Once usually in the morning before college. If I go to the gym or it's raining on my cycle home then I usually have another when I get in.

 

However many I feel like. Usually 1-2, three if I'm messy

 

I shower like once a day and my skin is fine. Maybe twice a day is a little unnecessary but if your realy worried about dry skin you should use moisturiser after your shower so your skin will not get too dry and you can stay clean!

I shower about 3 times a week i never understood the concept of showering at 9pm going to sleep at 11pm -12am waking up around 6am - 7am and taking another shower.

 

Usually once a day, some days I'll shower twice.

 

usually I only shower once right after I wake up, but if I wake up really late (like after 2 pm) i'll just skip the shower. I'll also sometime shower a second time later in the day if I'm going somewhere important.

It all depends, sometimes I'll take upwards to 3 showers a day. Then other days it's just once, then some days I don't shower at all. Depends on how my schedule is looking.
