If you're using crims only it will take approx ~9300 crims.
Or at least 80hours of burst/barraging rock lobs.

you dont get summoning levels in pvp unless u bring a pouch in with you. so theres no point in you not saving charms or raising ur summoning levels. execpt for it cost cash lol

 

id say get 68 sum so you can have war tort and bunyip, both very helpful for training combat. and ur right about pvp worlds, without any summoning materials on you, your combat level will not be affected

 

I wouldn't worry about raising summoning unless your going to be using it for things other than pvp.
