It's not just that though - this is wrong on numerous levels. Either you have bought stock from him and broken the terms and conditions by leaking and selling this item for your own personal gain, or you have found out what he was merchanting (I don't know how this would be possible unless another player who DID buy from Nate leaked to you) - but regardless, the item must have been obtained illegitimately one way or another, as being so sure it's "Plznate's Merch" requires you to have some sort of inside information.
