I Bought an account about 2 Weeks ago and he has recently tryed recovering the account and got it Locked.

If I supply Full Proof is that ban able?

I Have tryed talking Pming Msn Email everything He is Ignoring me...

Sale thread where you bought the account

Proof you bought the account

From the pictures you've provided, you haven't proven that he took back the account.

You can also attempt a Recover for "U______S" You will find that its Locked.

The accouunt had never been logged in when I got it.
