msn trouble

When i try troubleshooting it says that nothings wrong, when i tried to re-install it, the same message popped up. Any ideas on how to fix this?

Someone could be doing it to annoy you. Ultimately it's harmless, just a hassle.

Having a frozen e-mail is done by others who use a program to basically attempt to log into your account using an incorrect password. As you know, if the password is entered wrong a handful of times you are locked out of your account.

 

To make sure your MSN is froze, just try and log into another MSN, if it works then read the guide Hahanerd has made, it's quite informative. You'll need a security question however.
