cant go to rsbots.net

hi i have a problem with accesing rsbots.net on my computer,but i can acces it with my ipodtouch,and i tried other browsers like chrome,safari,mozzilafirefox,
i also cleand my history,cache everything that you can clean(maybe i forgot somthing)and i even tried to acces it with my naybors internet wich also doesnt work

well i said that i CAN acces it with my ipodtouch but NOT with my computer and i use the same internet on both devices
