    I would like to add our terms and services aren’t unique in the OSRS services community. The rules that we use in our server are about the same rules that every OSRS server uses. This is to protect themselves and ourselves against cases like this.

    The underlying issue with this report is the terms of services are in an ephemeral message making it impossible for us to prove if there were edits before or even if it was in place before the agreement, this essentially makes the terms of services null, and void despite the extreme possibly it was actually in place beforehand with evidence provided by @Ash there really only one way we can rule which is to hold @Ash accountable for the account in question, rather then give a flat ruling out on value account loss out right, I am going encourage you guys to resolve this privately, if you guys can't come to an agreement the staff team will set a value on it.

    I would rather default to a staff ruling as my ask for an equal account to be made is out of the question apparently. I am also owed some amount of money since the questing package I had purchased earlier was not finished. I cannot give any value on it since I am banned from their server. All I know is I payed 280m for a package of quests and some skilling to be done.
