Explanation of the trade: so i signed up as a worker, did 1st job everything went smooth, jobs after that weren't being distributed equally, ticket managers always took best orders, it was pure corruption within the service server, and the owner is cheeky he takes only 20%( but also in his tos he only pays u out in crypto with his server buy rate which is 0.14!
To the point, there was a GIM fire cape that i did tick perfect using 1 shark took me around 5 hours to accomplish, after finishing the cape i was fired from the service for being too good and woox 2.0, Straw was being the judge jury and executioner, i had no chance to explain anything.
How they scammed: fired me and took my money.

He applied to be a worker two days ago, paid the deposit and joined.

So after his first order I was a little skeptical with him to begin with. He took his first order and posted his starting screenshot, to which I told him it needs to be a full client screenshot with runelite + plugins showing. He reposted the screenshot and his in game screen was different then the first one looking like a client change, Also once he finished the service his screenshot of finishing the service was a runelite client with only 9 second log in time. He did say he forgot to screenshot and I didn't say anything to him about this ticket as this isn't proof of any 100% wrongdoing just coincidences.

Today he took his second order and it was for a limited gear/inventory ironman fire cape. Again his screenshot was back to looking like the first client from his first order without proper starting screenshots so we pinged him in his wallet with no reply. He didn't reply until the cape was done ~5 hours later and somehow he only used 1 shark and not a single prayer potion! So this raised some concern to me and I temporally "fired him" to remove his worker access to tickets while I spoke with him. apparently in the 5 hours it took him to do the cape he did 5 attempts with guidance of 3 irl friends and he even managed to get some sleep too. I offered him 500m as a bonus if he could do this cape again via screenshare which of course he declined. I told him wait 14 days and if the customers don't get banned he can have his deposit back but he wanted to go the report route instead so please guide me on what to do.

to elaborate on these false/defamation claims we're as fair as they come, 2 of my managers take almost 0 orders ever and 1 takes only the shit nobody else will/can take due to deposit, we constantly post orders of all sizes fairly to all workers and I'm sure all my workers would agree with that


Which ever mod that handles this case can pm me on discord if they want anymore screenshots.

 

No one will be banned, i haven't used anything but RuneLite official client, am i that stupid to depo 500m and go bot using a client when your TOS states i need to post photos of every level,quests etc..
Come on be reasonable here, you went straight ahead and fired me when you could simply approach me as a reputable leader and ask me to explain how i did it, its 2023 people do jad without prayer pots and food.
However i always trust the judgment of Sythe Mod's and Admin's

As I mentioned I took the role off to get you out of the tickets until we spoke and offered you to screenshare it again with a 500m bonus for you.
I also said you're getting your full deposit back never said I was taking anything.

And oh 2 different clients because i do own a Macbook i play on when im outdoors. thats why theres a difference in the brightness even between two pictures of the first order. you just want to earn a free easy 604m by accusing me of something i did not do... regarding the fire cape, i'm surprised that a service owner like you don't know what prayer flicking means and plus if u do it slow, u hp regen and everything since he does not have brews thats the only way to obtain a fire cape is to fight boss and if hit wait till regen is till full hp, i thought you knew all this metas its 2023.

 

Again I don't want your deposit but if for some reason im entitled to it, it'll be donated to a charity.
Sure prayer flicking is a thing and I guess it makes total sense for you to spend so much time/effort perfect prayer flicking the full fight caves on what you claim to be your 5th attempt and not drink a single prayer dose when you have a full inventory to use
