    Finding someone

I don't want to go to into it, but basically if i can provide DOB, full name and previous addresses (not into detail, just areas of where the person lived), also a few more possible bits of information, i don't have a lot but can provide basics.

I know you can hire PI's to do this, but it's upwards and over thousands of dollars for that. If anyone can help it would be greatly appreciated.

Just to not this is not to carry out some vendetta or anything before people start asking, but something close and personal to me. Thankyou.

Lol, you can find people's address and phone number with just their first and last name. (Phone books some are available online.)
Try sites like Facebook to even find their current city, or even get in contact with their family members to see where they live.
It really isn't that hard to find someone. Anything and everything is online...

Really, all you need is their IP. Then you have their ISP. Find their irl name, call up their ISP and say where's the address of so and so. Boom.

No ISP would ever disclose that information without a court order.

Lol, what are you going to get with their IP? You can flood their router with packets (aka DDoS) and get a general location of the individual, that's about it. An ISP isn't going to divulge someone's address to some random person calling them. That's just asking for a law suite.

That just gives you the location of the switching station. It's impossible to pinpoint IP locations.

Social networking sites are good for finding people. And, surprisingly, Google is great, too. I searched my aunt's name on Google, and found her address, phone number, and email address.
