Nope, if it was for any other offence maybe but macroing no.

Especially since it was a repeat offence even less likely.

 

You might be able to appeal in a year's time, or contact them now over Customer Support. It's theoretically possible for you to get it unbanned even now.

 

If I were him I would just leave it for a year or two and they may hold one of their mass unbannings again.
